Pre-sale product ordering steps
Order step (pre -order)
Pre -sale products means that the brand's/studio needs to collect deposits to enter the production. The pre-sale stage usually takes 3-8 months, depending on the studio arrangement.
How to place an order to book pre -sale products?
Option 1: Pay the "Deposit" amount,(Not every toy supports this option)，and then wait for our final payment notice when the product is ready for delivery.
Option 2: Pay the "Final payment" amount, and then wait for the brand to ship according to the courier method you choose.
*If the logistics method you choose is "the customer service will contact you after the product will contact you to calculate the freight", then please wait patiently to wait for the postage accounting notice sent by the customer service. You need to pay the corresponding postage brand to ship. (DSDC SHOP will provide the safer and cheap transportation methods to help you save high freight)
Options 3: Pay the "Full payment" option, and then wait for the delivery of the payment freight notice when the product is ready to ship or wait for the payment freight notification.
"Full payment" will include the "Deposit" amount, "Deposit"/"Final payment"/"Full payment" amount cannot be refunded after purchasing.
