Refund policy

Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

About product deposit: For all pre-sale products, after you successfully pay the deposit, we will send the product order to the factory and start production, so your order will be locked after placing the order. We cannot refund the product deposit, nor can we exchange the product deposit for other products. Please be sure to know this policy before confirming the payment. If you successfully pay the product deposit, you acknowledge and promise to abide by this policy. If you need a refund under special circumstances, please contact us. For refundable orders, a 5% refund fee will be charged (if the refund is due to product quality issues, no refund fee will be charged). This fee will be deducted from your payment amount. It is estimated that the remaining refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 days.

All products sold in the DSDCSHOP online store will not accept any returns or exchanges for non-quality problems after placing an order. If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact customer service LINE: DSDCSHOP and provide the full version of the unboxing video to marketing@dsdcshop.com. Please do not edit the video. We will provide it to the brand/studio as the only proof of replacement goods.

After placing an order, the "deposit"/"Final payment"/"full payment" of the product is non-refundable. Once the product is shipped and signed for, we will not accept any returns/refunds due to human factors. If your product causes artificial damage. Please contact customer service LINE:DSDCSHOP. We will contact the brand/studio based on the product damage information you provided. If repairable, we will provide repair services for an additional fee. DSDCSHOP will provide a return address. Round trip shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
*Please note that it usually takes 3-6 months for a toy to be repaired. After this period, the brand/studio may not be able to repair it due to mold destruction/production line changes and other reasons.
